When we decided to spend spring break in Belgium, the question I heard over and over again was, “Why Belgium?” And after visiting, I think the better question is: why aren’t more people going? Belgium doesn’t have an Eiffel Tower or a Colosseum pulling millions of travelers across the border. Instead, you’ll find cobblestone streets, medieval castles, beautiful town squares, canals, incredible churches, and more chocolate and waffles than anyone reasonably needs.
