It really depends on what kind of vacation you are looking for. If you want to experience the best of both theme parks, we recommend you visit Universal Studios and Disney World. However, if you are short on time or only have an interest in one park, then you can just focus your time on that particular park.

Keep in mind that Universal Studios and Disney World are both vast parks. If you only have a day to visit one of them, you probably won’t be able to see everything. It’s essential to plan out your day in advance and choose which rides/attractions you really want to see. This way, you can make the most of your time at the park.

What are the differences between Universal Studios and Disney World?

Universal Studios is the place for you if you’re interested in rides based on movies and TV shows. The rides are generally bigger and more thrilling. Plus the Wizarding World of Harry Potter is a huge draw for lots of families.

Universal Studios’ most popular attractions include The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Transformers: The Ride 3D, and The Simpsons Ride.

On the other hand, if you’re looking for a more traditional theme park experience with classic rides and characters, then Disney World is probably a better fit.

Popular attractions at Disney World include Cinderella’s Castle, It’s a Small World, and Space Mountain. If you have small kids, Disney is a must-do. Between the characters and the shows, your kids will be enchanted.

Both parks offer a variety of dining and shopping experiences, so you’ll be sure to find something to your taste no matter which park you visit.

Final Thoughts

Ultimately, it comes down to what kind of vacation you’re looking for. If you want to experience the best of both parks, we recommend visiting both Universal Studios and Disney World. But if you’re short on time or only have an interest in one park, then you can focus your time on that particular park.

We hope this has helped answer your question about how far Universal Studios is from Disney World. If you’re planning a trip to Orlando, we wish you a magical vacation!
